About the project

This 10-storey residential tower in Tirana features a rational facade with strong rhythmic repetition and warm terracotta tones. The modular bay system—alternating solid panels, balcony projections, and vertical glazed slits—creates a coherent, dynamic elevation that casts shifting shadows throughout the day. Terracotta-finished plaster ensures durability and a Mediterranean palette. Apartments maximize cross-ventilation and natural light, while the ground floor recedes slightly to ease the street-to-lobby transition. The tower stands as a disciplined, warm addition to Tirana’s vertical landscape.

The property is located on "Myslym Shyri" street, unit 7, Tirana. The position of the property is favorable, because it is located in one of the main traffic nodes of Tirana, with direct connection to the center of Tirana, and the main axes of the city. The properties under development have a main view facing the road.In the southern part of the area, there are existing residential buildings up to 5-6 floors, which have been built for several years. Being in an easily accessible and favorable position, the construction site has the possibility of development in the form of a multi-storey residential building, preserving the urban conditions.The project proposes the development of the property as a residential building, respecting the terms of the Local General Plan,and maintaining the general urban and construction characteristics of the area where it is located. This area is currently very little developed, but awaiting development in time.
