The design embraces the Mediterranean context, with facades that balance transparency for sea views and solidity for solar control. The volume is organized to step down toward the waterfront, creating terraced guest rooms and public areas that maximize panoramic views of the sea, the promenade, and the distant mountains. Common spaces — including a rooftop lounge, ground-floor restaurant, and pool terrace — are oriented to capture natural light and coastal breezes. Internally, the layout prioritizes efficient circulation and acoustic comfort. The hotel is conceived not merely as accommodation but as a new landmark that strengthens Vlorë’s urban fabric, connecting the port, the new stadium, and the city center within a walkable, seaside experience.
