Located along the dramatic coastline of Dhërmi, Vlora, the project is conceived as a contemporary seaside retreat that reflects the unique character of the Albanian Riviera. The design is shaped by the relationship between the mountains, the sea, and the Mediterranean landscape, creating a hotel that feels integrated rather than imposed on its surroundings.

The architecture is organized through a series of carefully proportioned volumes that follow the natural slope of the site. A stone-clad base anchors the building to the terrain, while the upper levels open toward the panoramic views of the Ionian Sea through generous terraces and framed balconies.

The material palette combines local stone, natural textures, and clean architectural lines to create a timeless Mediterranean identity. Outdoor spaces, planted terraces, and landscaped areas extend the experience beyond the interior, allowing guests to engage with the climate, light, and landscape of Dhërmi.

The project aims to create a refined hospitality destination where contemporary comfort meets the authenticity of the Riviera — a place defined by simplicity, connection to nature, and uninterrupted views of the surrounding beauty.
