Located in Tirana’s northern expansion zone along the Tirana River, this 9‑story administrative building (plus one underground floor) responds to a complex urban and geological context. The project began with a thorough investigation of the terrain’s physical and mechanical properties. The structure combines a concrete skeleton with seismic‑resistant concrete slabs and masonry infill for interior spaces. The design respects all local urban coefficients, road‑axis setbacks, and sidewalk distances, ensuring harmony with the existing fabric while defining a new development landmark at the end of “5 Maji” street.
