The project consists of two residential buildings carefully positioned within their respective plots to maximize spatial quality, daylight, and outdoor amenities. Defined by elegant curved forms, the buildings create generous green areas, pedestrian connections, and recreational spaces that enhance the relationship between architecture and landscape. A unified architectural language connects both volumes, characterized by a rhythmic composition of vertical cylindrical elements that generate movement and identity across the façades. The volumetric design responds to the specific proportions and urban context of each site, while the curved geometry ensures optimal living conditions and spatial efficiency. Finished with a combination of ceramic cladding and structural glazing, the façades feature tall vertical openings that maximize natural light and reinforce the project’s contemporary and cohesive architectural expression.
