Located along the coastline of Dhërmi, this residential complex is designed as a contemporary intervention that responds carefully to the natural terrain and the growing architectural character of the southern Albanian Riviera. The volumetric composition is organized through clean rectangular forms positioned strategically across the site while maintaining the required distances from the property boundaries and between each structure. This arrangement creates a balanced composition with private outdoor spaces for every residential unit while preserving openness throughout the development.
The remaining areas of the site are shaped through landscaped green plots, pedestrian pathways, recreation areas, and a swimming pool that strengthen the connection between architecture and outdoor living.

Access to the underground parking is provided from the new southern road through an arched entrance gate designed in harmony with the architectural language of the complex. Pedestrian access is organized through two southern entrances, including both a staircase and an accessible ramp that ensures circulation for residents, services, and people with disabilities.
The entrances to the buildings are discreetly integrated between the volumes, allowing the primary façades to remain visually focused on the residential spaces and terraces. The architectural expression combines contemporary simplicity with Mediterranean influences, creating a cohesive living environment connected to the landscape and coastal setting.
