Our mixed-use hospitality and residential development in Dhërmi continues to take shape along the southern Albanian Riviera, responding to the site’s distinctive topography and its panoramic relationship with the Ionian coast.
The project is organized as three interconnected volumes that follow the natural slope of the terrain and open toward the surrounding landscape. This configuration creates a diverse range of suites and apartment typologies, while introducing courtyards, terraces, and verandas that extend the living spaces outdoors.
The architectural expression brings together contemporary Mediterranean design and references to the traditional architecture of southern Albania. Natural stone, warm sand-toned plaster, and timber elements establish a material palette rooted in the character of the region, while carefully positioned openings frame views, bring natural light deep into the interiors, and create a dialogue between the building and its coastal setting.
As the project progresses, the design continues to focus on creating a sensitive relationship between architecture, landscape, and the evolving identity of the Albanian Riviera.
